GRIGRI offers shipping within 5 working days from the date of complete hand-assembling of the watch (2 days from the date of purchase) in registered parcel with acknowledgment of receipt in declared value, with insurance for all products, a tracking number (number sent with shipping confirmation) and this to all countries that can be selected when you indicate the shipping address.
All delivery conditions mentioned (shipping days, delivery time on working days, shipping date, etc.) on the Website are to be understood as estimated delivery conditions and not as final or guaranteed delivery conditions.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter the delivery address correctly; in the event of a problem when sending an order, due to an error in the purchaser's delivery address, GRIGRI shall not be held liable for the (partial) loss of the shipment. If GRIGRI needs additional information regarding a delivery address, GRIGRI is entitled to contact the buyer to request this information. Any request for additional information regarding the delivery address may result in a delay and costs for delivery.
GRIGRI will do everything in its power to deliver the order to the delivery address within the agreed delivery time. GRIGRI cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of an order.
If the delivery is delayed or if it cannot be executed or if only partial execution is possible, the purchaser shall be informed as soon as reasonably possible after the order is placed. In this case, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the risk of damage and/or loss of products shall be borne by GRIGRI until the moment of delivery to the indicated address.
If the buyer receives an item that he has not ordered, he must inform GRIGRI as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail (or via the contact page of the Website). The purchaser shall be responsible for returning the product at GRIGRI's expense, after receiving GRIGRI's instructions for the return. GRIGRI will then send the correct product to the buyer, provided that the buyer has fully complied with GRIGRI's return instructions.
In the event of delivery to the buyer of a damaged or incomplete item, the buyer must inform GRIGRI's customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) via the website www.grigri.com or at the email address contact@grigri.com. GRIGRI will then decide how to handle the claim. If no other solution can be
proposed, GRIGRI will reimburse the price of the product and delivery costs.
The customer must always inform GRIGRI in the above-mentioned situation(s) and wait for instructions from GRIGRI's customer service team. A client who, in such a situation, returns an item at his or her own expense, without first contacting the customer service team or waiting for instructions from the latter, may not require GRIGRI to reimburse the costs incurred (nor hold GRIGRI responsible for the return that has taken place without GRIGRI's prior consent).
If the order that has been shipped or is being shipped by GRIGRI to the purchaser, is missing, has disappeared or if the purchaser claims not to have received the order (despite tracking data/carrier information indicating otherwise), the carrier's claims handling procedure will be initiated and it will be necessary to wait for the result of this procedure before any refund or reshipment can take place. The buyer will cooperate unreservedly with the carrier's complaint handling procedure. If a shipment has disappeared due to an error on the part of the carrier (and after completion of the carrier's claims handling procedure), GRIGRI will refund the purchase to the customer or attempt to reship the item ordered.
In case of undelivered shipment to the buyer's delivery address (or collection point) 14 days after the shipment date, the buyer has the obligation to inform GRIGRI's customer service team by e-mail within 14 days (i.e.: as a last resort 28 days after the shipment date).
Shipping costs for a return after a warranty or repair request (for defects that have appeared after the buyer has used the item) will be borne by the buyer.
