APPLICATION FIELDS

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, acquisitions and deliveries of GRIGRI products on the Websites 
 
www. grigri.com, www.grigri-watches.com and www.leading-watches.com. 
 
These general terms and conditions are accessible to all via a link on the home page www.grigri-watches.com. 
 
In the event of any discrepancies between the language versions, the English version shall prevail. 
 
By ordering GRIGRI products on the Website, the purchaser accepts these general terms and conditions. 
 
GRIGRI is entitled to amend these general terms and conditions from time to time. 
 
Our watches, bracelets and all products that may be sold on our websites contain a complete and accurate description of the products offered. 
 
GRIGRI shall not be held liable in the event of errors or flagrant irregularities in its offers. 

THE CONTRACT 

A contract will be concluded, subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, between the purchaser and GRIGRI, as soon as the purchaser accepts an offer from GRIGRI and all conditions for acceptance of the offer have been fulfilled (including receipt of payment). 
 
After acceptance, GRIGRI shall immediately acknowledge receipt of the receipt of accepted offers by electronic means to the e-mail address provided by the buyer. It is up to the buyer to communicate a correct e-mail address during the order process. The buyer may terminate the contract as long as the acceptance and receipt of payment have not been confirmed by GRIGRI to the e-mail address communicated by the buyer. 

VAT

All prices indicated on the Websites www.grigri.com, www.grigri-watches.com and www.leading-watches.com are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In the event of delivery of an 
order outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted at the time of payment. 
 
Please note that in case of an order shipped to an address outside the European Union, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied upon arrival of the goods at the delivery address indicated. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes. 
 
It should also be noted that these charges are not the responsibility of GRIGRI and that GRIGRI cannot predict the amount since they differ from country to country. GRIGRI advises the buyer to contact the local customs center for further information. 

PAYMENT

GRIGRI accepts the secure payment methods following the PayPal conditions through the engine of our online store created from Ecwid. 
 
The buyer will be bound by the general terms and conditions of the payment provider of his choice regarding payment. GRIGRI has no control over these terms and conditions and cannot be held responsible for their content. 

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

Your watch is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge. 
 
Our warranty covers your watch against all manufacturing defects, including the movement, dial, and hands. 
 
It does not cover repairs resulting from mishandling of the watch, damage due to improper handling, negligence, accident, and normal wear and tear. 
 
The warranty also excludes possible consequential damage caused by the use or replacement of batteries, glass, case, and bracelet.

The warranty does not apply in case of theft or loss and damage caused intentionally. 
 
The warranty does not cover other parts, such as the glass or bracelet. Micro scratches visible on the watch should be considered as normal consequences of use. The effects of perspiration on the band differ from person to person depending on the degree of acidity of the skin, and marks resulting from perspiration or misuse cannot be attributed to GRIGRI. 
 
GRIGRI watches are "5 ATM Water Resistant": this means that the watch is protected against splashing water, the watch can be worn in the shower and bath and is suitable for swimming. 
 
GRIGRI watches must not be exposed to chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning products. They should also not be subjected to extreme heat or humidity conditions such as saunas and steam baths (Hammam, Turkish bath). 
 
The warranty no longer applies in the event of repair work by a third party or other work carried out on the product without the prior written permission of GRIGRI. 
 
All GRIGRI watches are handmade and therefore small differences in appearance may exist between two models. Each model is unique and therefore, as is customary, the photos are non-contractual. GRIGRI cannot be held responsible for a small difference between the preview of its product and the product received.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

GRIGRI offers shipping within 5 working days from the date of complete hand-assembling of the watch (2 days from the date of purchase) in registered parcel with acknowledgment of receipt in declared value, with insurance for all products, a tracking number (number sent with shipping confirmation) and this to all countries that can be selected when you indicate the shipping address. 
All delivery conditions mentioned (shipping days, delivery time on working days, shipping date, etc.) on the Website are to be understood as estimated delivery conditions and not as final or guaranteed delivery conditions. 
 
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter the delivery address correctly; in the event of a problem when sending an order, due to an error in the purchaser's delivery address, GRIGRI shall not be held liable for the (partial) loss of the shipment. If GRIGRI needs additional information regarding a delivery address, GRIGRI is entitled to contact the buyer to request this information. Any request for additional information regarding the delivery address may result in a delay and costs for delivery. 
 
GRIGRI will do everything in its power to deliver the order to the delivery address within the agreed delivery time. GRIGRI cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of an order. 
 
If the delivery is delayed or if it cannot be executed or if only partial execution is possible, the purchaser shall be informed as soon as reasonably possible after the order is placed. In this case, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge. 
 
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the risk of damage and/or loss of products shall be borne by GRIGRI until the moment of delivery to the indicated address. 
 
If the buyer receives an item that he has not ordered, he must inform GRIGRI as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail (or via the contact page of the Website). The purchaser shall be responsible for returning the product at GRIGRI's expense, after receiving GRIGRI's instructions for the return. GRIGRI will then send the correct product to the buyer, provided that the buyer has fully complied with GRIGRI's return instructions. 
 
In the event of delivery to the buyer of a damaged or incomplete item, the buyer must inform GRIGRI's customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) via the website www.grigri.com or at the email address contact@grigri.com. GRIGRI will then decide how to handle the claim. If no other solution can be 
proposed, GRIGRI will reimburse the price of the product and delivery costs. 
 
The customer must always inform GRIGRI in the above-mentioned situation(s) and wait for instructions from GRIGRI's customer service team. A client who, in such a situation, returns an item at his or her own expense, without first contacting the customer service team or waiting for instructions from the latter, may not require GRIGRI to reimburse the costs incurred (nor hold GRIGRI responsible for the return that has taken place without GRIGRI's prior consent). 
 
If the order that has been shipped or is being shipped by GRIGRI to the purchaser, is missing, has disappeared or if the purchaser claims not to have received the order (despite tracking data/carrier information indicating otherwise), the carrier's claims handling procedure will be initiated and it will be necessary to wait for the result of this procedure before any refund or reshipment can take place. The buyer will cooperate unreservedly with the carrier's complaint handling procedure. If a shipment has disappeared due to an error on the part of the carrier (and after completion of the carrier's claims handling procedure), GRIGRI will refund the purchase to the customer or attempt to reship the item ordered. 
 
In case of undelivered shipment to the buyer's delivery address (or collection point) 14 days after the shipment date, the buyer has the obligation to inform GRIGRI's customer service team by e-mail within 14 days (i.e.: as a last resort 28 days after the shipment date). 
 
Shipping costs for a return after a warranty or repair request (for defects that have appeared after the buyer has used the item) will be borne by the buyer. 
 
In case of questions regarding returns and warranty, the buyer may contact GRIGRI's customer service team at any time on the website www.grigri.com or at the e-mail address contact@grigri.com.

TRIAL PERIOD AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHT 

Unless otherwise specified, if you purchase one of our products that proves to be defective, does not work or does not correspond to its description, GRIGRI is obliged to repair, replace or refund it, or to grant you a rebate. 
 
If you purchased our product online or remotely, you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide any justification. 
 
Returns are at your expense, and do not concern the exceptions mentioned above, namely : In the case of damaged and incomplete items, the purchaser is required to inform GRIGRI's customer service team by e-mail at contact@grigri.com and to wait for instructions from GRIGRI's customer service department. 
 
The buyer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal must notify GRIGRI, during the trial period, by sending an email to the customer service team: contact@grigri.com. 
Personalized and engraved watches are excluded from this guaranty.

The return address corresponds to the contact address mentioned above in the terms and conditions of use. 
 
Complaints are processed by sending an e-mail to contact@grigri.com.

PERSONAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY

GRIGRI complies with the privacy regulations as set out in the "General Data Protection Regulations" (GDPR). The buyer, for example, always has the possibility to consult, rectify or delete his personal data by logging into his account on www.grigri.com. 
 
GRIGRI will save the data entered by the buyer in a file. The data will be used for the purpose of executing the buyer's order and stored for as long as necessary to resolve any problems concerning the execution of the order. 
 
GRIGRI guarantees that all personal data will be treated with care. The buyer's personal data will not be shared with a third party, except for the purpose of order fulfillment or repair. 
GRIGRI is authorized to use the buyer's data to send the buyer advertising on its products. 
 
GRIGRI is not responsible for data stored by its service providers such as PayPal and Ecwid.

APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms and conditions are governed by Hungarian law, provided, however, that consumers may invoke the mandatory law applicable in their own country of residence. 
 
All disputes between GRIGRI and the buyer shall be brought before the competent court in Budapest.
